The third meeting of the head office and regional managers of RWT Railway Transportation Company was held in the company's conference hall.
According to the International Affairs and Public Relations Department of RWT Railway Transportation Company, the meeting took place on Sunday, October 11, 2026 (19 Mehr 1405), with the participation of Dr. Nazari, Managing Director of the Railway Employees' Savings Fund of the Islamic Republic of Iran; Dr. Hassan Seddiqi, Managing Director of RWT; and the company's head office and regional managers.
During the meeting, Dr. Nazari expressed his appreciation for the measures taken, the efforts made, and the achievements accomplished. He wished the company continued success, offered recommendations aimed at advancing its operations, and presented Dr. Mohammadreza Nosrat-Nezami with his appointment decree as Deputy Managing Director of RWT Railway Transportation Company.
Following this, Managing Director Hassan Seddiqi thanked the company's managers and employees for their efforts, highlighted the importance of sustaining the company's achievements, and addressed upcoming challenges and priorities.
The following topics were reviewed and discussed during the meeting:
· The company's outlook and six-month performance report;
· Domestic and international industry reports;
· Human resource development plans and employee welfare and support policies;
· The regional performance evaluation model and the incentive payment system.
The head office and regional managers subsequently discussed existing challenges and presented proposals and practical solutions concerning the company's future direction and operational plans, with particular emphasis on domestic and international marketing.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the head office's approved business development plans were presented, and Managing Director Hassan Sediqi delivered the meeting's summary and conclusions.
